The aluminum enclosure canopy is IP55 protection.
It is is professional for treatment of transformer oil, suitable for outdoor oil filtration, vacuum oil injection and cyclic hot oil drying in the installation and maintenance of large capacity transformers.


This Dielectric Oil Purification System is mainly used to improve the properties of transformer oil for 66KV to 500KV power transmission project. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate matters etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system.


With the advantages of high working vacuum, high filtration speed, oil quality protection, the filter advanced the oil treatment technique and equipment performance and once can raise the puncture voltage up to over 350V.


Besides it also can be used as an independent vacuum drying unit and oil refilling machine for transformer and GIS device.

Transformer vacuum oil purifier is developed for transformer oil degasification, dehydration and filtration processing onsite at outside, according to the principles of vacuum separation, precision mechanical filtration, molecular adsorption and vacuum drying etc, It can work without any auxiliary mechanical equipment. Through the dehydrator, degassing, filtration processes, the dissolved gases and moisture, solid particulate, contamination can be completely removed out.
