This is a type of stainless steel pipe that has undergone atmosphere-protected heat treatment, also known as bright annealing tube. During the heat treatment at high temperatures, high-purity gases are used as a protective atmosphere to prevent oxidation and contamination, resulting in a bright oxide film on the surface of the stainless steel. This treatment not only improves the surface finish of the steel pipe but also enhances its corrosion resistance.
It is mainly used in heat exchangers, piping systems for high-purity liquid and gas transport in industries such as scientific research, laboratories, semiconductors, new energy, petrochemicals, biochemistry, clean rooms, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, electric power, photovoltaics, and other sectors.
