Flanged fluorine-lined gate valves are suitable for pipelines with corrosive media. The stem nut and the gate plate are two-body structure, so there is no jamming phenomenon. The inside of the valve and all the parts in contact with the medium are lined with high-tech fluorine. It is suitable for various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various organic acids and strong oxidants at -50°C to 150°C. FEP is also suitable for various concentrations of strong alkali organic solvents and other corrosive gases, It is used on the pipeline of liquid medium. Widely used in water plants, power plants, chemicals, food, paper, medicine and other industries.

Structural Features

1. The parts directly in contact with the medium, such as the inner cavity of the valve body and the valve cover, the gate plate, and the outer surface of the valve stem, are all lined with fluoroplastics such as FEP (F46);
2. The sealing pair is FPF (F46) / FEP (F46) or other material combination, the friction coefficient is small, and the opening and closing torque is low;
3. The packing adopts PTFE (F4) standard packing, which has good sealing performance and is easy to maintain and replace;
4. The elastic gate can compensate the deviation of the wedge angle between the sealing surface of the gate and the sealing surface of the valve seat, with good fit and ideal sealing effect;
5. The medium can pass through the gate valve from any direction on both sides, which is suitable for the opening and closing device on the pipeline where the medium direction may change.
