Application:
Insulating oil dielectric strength tester is used for testing insulating oil’s dielectric strength. Insulation oil is widely used in transformers, circuit breakers, oil-filled cable, power capacitor, oil filled bushing and other high voltage electrical equipment, etc.

In operation, the insulating oil will be gradually deteriorated due to oxygen, high temperature, high humidity, sunshine and strong electric field and impurity; so, the insulating oil cannot give full play to the insulation effect. Therefore, we must regularly do the relevant test of insulating oil and identify its performance.

The insulating oil dielectric strength tester is designed according to international standard of IEC156 and GB507-86 requirements. Adopt industrial single chip as controller, apply large integrate circuit, new type I/O interface, LCD displayer, combined with special testing and anti-jamming technologies which greatly improve the tester’s performance.
