China Vegetable Seed Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing) (hereinafter referred to as "China Vegetable Seed ") was founded in 1988 as a technology enterprise established by the Institute of Vegetables and Flowers, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS). It is a national technology transfer and demonstration organization, a national high-tech enterprise, and benchmark for enterprise in vegetable seed industry. It also takes an active part in the associations to carry out its social responsibilities, such as Asia And Pacific Seed Association (APSA), Vegetable Seed Branch of China National Seed Association (CNSA) and China National Seed Trade Association.
