These are all made from nonwoven material. There are 5 full automatic production lines in Cigna factory, every day Cigna Nonwoven is able to send you over than 35 tons spunbond material rolls you ordered. The main raw material is polypropylene for the spunbond fabric. All the processes would be automatic finished by this production line. With this production line, there are only 2 works need human undertake. Put the materials in the beginning and packing the finish product in the end, it’s simple and it’s a production mode with high reliability.
